Restaurant

In November 2009 with the help from “Adorn” Interior design we created a total new look for our restaurant, and completely refurbished the dining rooms, reception and dispense bar areas.

A contemporary feel was the brief but we have held onto the homely atmosphere with a careful choice of colours, textures and mood lighting.

New tables, chairs and crockery now compliment the décor and we have taken a bold but worthwhile step into 2010 with Jon and Fernandas. Please take a look at the gallery page or better still if you haven’t already please come in and see it for yourself

Dinner

Our focus hasn’t changed however and we still offer the same style of food and service as you have come to expect from us. We offer a superb fixed price choice menu for dinner and now only serve lighter lunches on Saturdays. This has proved to be our busiest day and bookings for Saturday lunch are recommended.

Fernanda will normally be found running the front of house with

 “Uncle Jim” and Jon will never be far away from the stove during the evening assuring you total peace of mind.

Having the two dining rooms allows us greater flexibility as we can cater for small tables of two or large family celebrations such as birthdays and anniversaries……you could even take the whole restaurant for 32 people and create a “dine around”….. always very popular with larger groups.

Children Policy

We regret we don’t allow young children/babies/prams into the restaurant during the evening….however children that are 10yrs or older and wish to dine from the evening menu may join their parents/guardians. Please note we don’t offer a children's menu during the evening.

We take all major credit and debit cards cash or personal cheque......
